2007 GMC Sierra Hybrid

2007 GMC Sierra Hybrid to be full hybrid system.

General Motors recently announced that it will produce a 2007 GMC Sierra Hybrid and a Chevrolet Silverado Hybrid. These models are due out next year. Although no details have been released, we do know that it will be a full hybrid system unlike the current version, which is known as a 'mild hybrid' system.

Fuel efficiency will be increased by about 25% to 25mpg, combined city and highway. Although engine specifics have not been released, horsepower will be around 365hp with torque around 350 lb-ft.

Prices have not yet been announced but expect the new model to be about $3,000 more than a similarly equipped Sierra.
